Here's the gritty:

*A waiver will need to be signed waiving JJs Pumpkins from ANY AND ALL potential liability and hazards that may arise.

**All our animals are handled daily and have wonderful temperaments. But keep in mind, they are animals at the end of the day. 

***Animals will be hauled in a big trailer. Appropriate space for truck and trailer is required. Set up is preferred right off trailer.

****We can set up on any surface outside. We will clean up the best we can once petting zoo is over, but realize some or little evidence of us being there is possible.

*****We can also set up inside for an extra fee and customer will be responsible for cleanup.

******It will be required that we have access to fresh clean water.

*******Any time of year and any weather conditions is adequate. If cold or inclement weather is an issue, i have an enclosed tent and heater available for an extra charge. JJ,s Pumpkins has the full authority to cancel any event due to weather conditions. In which case a full refund will be given.

********Package prices will be listed below. Along with the package price, $1.50/mile, round trip via google maps, is added for transport.

*********Once package is chosen and a date is set, a nonrefundable, 50% of the total price is due. The rest of the payment is due upon arrival before any animals get unloaded.

---Any cancelations must be made 24 hrs in advanced for no further charge.(Excludes 50% down payment)

---Any cancelation within 4 hrs of the event, 100% of the balance (minus the travel fee) is required to be paid.

*********Balances due can be paid in person via cash or card. Otherwise card is required for over the phone booking.  Credit card will be kept on file until the event has been paid in full. A 3% service fee is added to all card transactions.

**********Any weekday bookings MUST be made minimum 14 days in advanced.
